  • Stacy Morse

    Executive Director

    Stacy Morse brings a wealth of experience to MCoA, having served in leadership roles across multiple sectors, including government, education, and nonprofit advocacy. Her distinguished career includes a decade in the Missouri Senate, where she served as Chief of Staff to the Senate Minority Floor Leader, advocating for legislative initiatives that improved the lives of Missourians. Morse holds a Master of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Public Policy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a Paralegal Certificate from Ashworth College.

    Prior to joining MCoA, Morse was a Project Coordinator for the Missouri Developmental Disabilities Council, where she managed federal grants, spearheaded policy initiatives, and facilitated advocacy training programs. She also served as Administrator of Virtual Education for the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), overseeing statewide virtual learning programs. Additionally, Morse’s experience as an educator, adjunct professor, and published children’s author reflects her dedication to education and community engagement.

  • Bridget Gittemeier

    Advocacy Manager

    Bridget Gittemeier currently serves as the Advocacy Manager for the Missouri Council on Aging. In her role, she leads strategic initiatives, educational programs, and partner engagement to advance aging services in Missouri. With a background in community-based healthcare, case management, and community outreach, Bridget has worked extensively in both nonprofit and healthcare settings. Passionate about empowering individuals and fostering systemic change, she continues to drive impactful advocacy efforts in her field.

    In her free time, you can find Bridget out running while training for her next race, trying to find the best ice cream in St. Louis, or spending time with her cat, Baldur.

  • Erika Saleski

    Transition Consultant

    Erika is a consultant focusing on design, implementation, and management of programs to improve health care delivery to marginalized and underserved communities.

    Erika supported the Mid-America Regional Council to establish a Community Care Hub operating in both a regional and statewide market, including network infrastructure development, contracting, quality assurance, and referral management. Since 2015, Erika has supported the Regional Kansas City Community Health Worker (CHW) Collaborative leading an effort to establish a CHW certification in Missouri and Kansas and pathways for sustainability.

    Erika’s other accomplishments including project management services to support an overhaul of the Illinois Medicaid delivery system including a Medicare-Medicaid alignment initiative for dual eligible beneficiaries; and leading Medicaid policy development for the Office of Management and Budget, Executive Office of the President (OMB).

    Erika has Bachelor of Psychology from American University in Washington, DC and a Master of Public Policy from The University of Chicago in Chicago, IL. Description goes here
