The Missouri Council on Aging (MCoA) is seeking proposals from qualified research firms to conduct public opinion polling among voters in Southeast Missouri. The purpose of this project is to assess voter attitudes toward a potential property tax that would support older adult services in the region.
Campaign Consultant
The Missouri Council on Aging (MCoA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide strategic campaign consulting services to support local initiatives related to funding older adult services. Building on recent polling in Southeast Missouri, the consultant will help MCoA and community partners interpret findings, develop compliant communication strategies, and engage local elected officials and stakeholders.
MCoA is looking for an organization to LEAD a COALITION in a rural county to pursue a senior fund levy or sales tax campaign.
MCoA will provide technical support including polling, data collection, and campaign consulting.
