Manager of Senior Funds

The Missouri Council on Aging (MCoA) seeks a highly organized, self-motivated professional to lead statewide outreach and education on Senior Levy funds (local sales taxes dedicated to senior services). This position will build a statewide network of Senior Levy leaders, support legislative advocacy, and work intensively with two rural counties to explore and implement new senior levy initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in community engagement, technical assistance, and strategic project management, with a strong commitment to improving services for older adults. Campaign experience and understanding of property taxes is a plus.
